A recent Harvard Study suggests that people who eat spicy food three or more times a week live longer. How about someone that uses hot sauce three or more times a day?

Preliminary studies by some really smart people suggest that spicy foods and their active components including capsaicin, which is a compound found in chili peppers that lowers inflammation, improves metabolic status, and has a positive effect on gut bacteria and weight. Peppers are also an excellent source of vitamin C, which is known to be a potential cancer-fighting agent.
