Who is eligible for Sketchy’s USMLE Step Pass Guarantee?

Students who meet all of the following eligibility requirements can submit their USMLE Step 1 or 2 official score report to be evaluated for a purchase price refund as part of Sketchy’s USMLE Step Pass Guarantee. You must have:

  • Purchased a 6, 12 or 24-month Sketchy subscription through our website and that subscription was active during your test date or expired no more than 45 days before your test date.
  • At least 150 completed lessons across 2 or more months of usage prior to your exam date**
  • Is enrolled in an U.S accredited medical or osteopathic program
  • Name on the Sketchy account must match the name on the official score report.

What is the Process for Redeeming Sketchy’s USMLE Step Pass Guarantee?

If you meet the eligibility requirements listed above, you are a candidate for Sketchy’s USMLE Step Pass Guarantee and submit a refund request using this form no later than 60 days after your test date with the following:

1. Proof of accredited U.S medical or osteopathic program enrollment: Acceptable are enrollment letter, syllabus, or documentation with your graduating year on school letterhead.

2. A digital copy of your official USMLE score report pdf. Note: we will not accept screenshots or photographs.

If you meet all qualifications, you will be refunded your purchase price of your last subscription* to your original form of payment.
